Dinetimz is a tech-driven mess and tiffin aggregator app that lets you subscribe to monthly meal plans and explore multiple messes instead of being stuck with one.
2. How is it different from a regular tiffin service?
Regular services bind you to a single vendor. With Dinetimz, you can choose multiple messes in a Standard Plan or switch unlimited vendors in the Gold Plan.
3.How much does it cost?
Plans start from ₹1200 for Standard (single meal) and ₹2500 for Gold. On average, you pay just ₹40–₹60 per meal.
4. How do I redeem my meals?
You get digital tokens after subscription. Just show/scan them at the mess or request delivery, and your meal is served.
5. What if my vendor is closed on Sunday?
We only charge you for active meal days (26 days/month). Sundays are skipped, so you pay fair.
6. Can I switch my mess vendor in the middle of the plan?
Yes! With Standard Plan you get up to 3 vendors. With Gold Plan, you can switch anytime with just one-day notice.
7. How do vendors benefit?
Vendors get more exposure, a steady flow of customers, and digital payment management without worrying about marketing.
8. Do you ensure hygiene and quality?
Yes. We onboard only verified messes and tiffin centers that maintain hygiene and quality standards.
